OC Face & Body Studio Policies
For the comfort and safety of all our clients, we kindly request that additional guests who are not receiving services, including children, do not accompany you to your appointment. This policy helps us maintain a serene and professional environment, ensuring the highest quality of service for all. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

To ensure a seamless booking experience, we require a credit card on file for all appointments, including those booked with a gift card. Please note that your card will not be charged at the time of booking. Charges will only apply if our cancellation policy is violated. This helps us manage our schedule and provide the best service to all our clients

If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment. For the safety of our staff and other clients, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting signs of illness.

All service and product sales are final. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours to discuss potential solutions or adjustments.

Gift card and e-gift card policies:
Gift cards can be used only for services offered at OC Face & Body Studio. Gift cards cannot be used for gratuity or product purchases. The value of the gift card does not expire. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for monetary value. OC Face & Body Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. To check your gift card balance, please contact us at contact@ocfacebodystudio.com . Gift card purchases are final and non-refundable. We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
Appointment Cancellation Policies
At OC Face & Body Studio, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need to reschedule or cancel appointments. We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. To ensure the smooth functioning of our spa and to accommodate all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

In the event that a client cancels their appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a fee of $30 will be charged to the card on file.

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without any prior notification will be considered a "no-show". A no show fee of 50% of the service booked will be charged to the card on file.
Late Arrival Policies
If a client arrives late for their appointment, we will make every effort to accommodate them within the remaining time slot, but please note that the treatment will be shortened to avoid inconveniencing clients with appointments following yours.

If a client is unable to receive the full treatment due to late arrival, a re-scheduling fee of $30 will apply.
Day Spa Membership Policies
All memberships require a minimum commitment of three consecutive months of autopay before any termination or pause requests can be considered.
After the initial three-month commitment, members can cancel or pause at any time by sending an email to contact@ocfacebodystudio.com
A 15-day notice period is required for processing cancellation or pause requests.
Failure to provide 15 days' notice may result in the membership being processed as usual.
Autopay is mandatory for membership, member can choose what day autopay is set at.
Autopay charges are non-refundable and non-transferable to another person.
Members have the option to upgrade their treatment. The dollar amount paid for the current membership can be applied to another service with member pricing.
If the member breaks the contract within the first three months, they will be billed for the remainder of the three month commitment.
Membership credits will not expire for active members. If credits are not used within the month of billing, they carry over.
Upon cancelation, members have 60 days to use any remaining credits before they expire.
If a member no-shows for a facial, they are liable for the cancellation policy for services.

Day Spa Package Policies
Packages do not expire, and remain valid until all services included in the packages are redeemed.
Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Services within the package cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
Appointments are subject to availability. Regular cancellation policies apply for scheduled appointments. Packages cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.
If a client no-shows for a service, they are liable for the cancellation policy for services.
