Terms and Conditions for Monthly Memberships

Commitment Period: The membership requires a 3-month commitment with monthly billing. Services can be redeemed anytime during the month. After 3 months, the membership automatically continues month-to-month

Auto-Pay: The auto-pay charges are non-refundable and non-transferable. Membership is tied to the individual member’s profile and is non-transferable to others.

Cancellation During Commitment: If a member wishes to cancel their membership before completing the 3-month term, they are responsible for paying the remaining balance of the membership.

Post-Commitment Cancellation: After the 3-month commitment period, members are eligible to freeze or cancel their membership.

Membership Credits: Membership credits will not expire during the active membership period. Clients can use their credits toward any services or products of their choice. Upon cancellation, members will have 60 days to use any remaining membership credits, after which they will expire.

Cancellation Notice: To cancel your membership, you must notify OC Face & Body Studio via email at contact@ocfacebodystudio.com at least 15 days prior to your next billing cycle. Failure to provide 15 days' notice will result in your membership being processed as usual.

Can I share my membership or give my credits to someone else?
Memberships are non-transferable and tied to your personal client profile. They’re designed to support your individual self-care routine, so services and credits can’t be shared or gifted.
What happens if I don’t use my monthly credit?
Your monthly credit will not expire as long as your membership is active. If you decide to cancel, you’ll still have 60 days to use any remaining credits before they expire.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes—just a 3-month minimum to start. After that, your membership will continue on a month-to-month basis until you decide to cancel or freeze it.
How do I cancel my membership?
Easy! Just send us an email at contact@ocfacebodystudio.com at least 15 days before your next billing date. If we don’t receive your request in time, your membership will continue as usual for the next cycle.
What if I need to cancel before my 3-month commitment is up?
You’re responsible for completing the full term. If you cancel early, we’ll simply charge you for the remaining balance of your initial commitment period.
Can I upgrade my treatment or membership tier?
Yes! You’re welcome to upgrade your monthly treatment at any time, or switch to a higher membership tier if you want more time, add-ons, or enhanced services.
Can I use my credit on something other than my regular membership service?
Definitely! You can apply your credit toward any other service or product of your choice—it’s flexible to fit your self-care needs.
What happens if I miss or no-show for my appointment?
Membership credits can be used for missed or excessive no-shows. We recommend canceling or rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your credit.
